BOUNDARIES OF WAIRUA RIDING OF THE COUNTY OF WHANGAREI

ALL that area in the Whangarei County bounded by a line connecting at the southernmost corner of Section 4, Block XII, Maungatau Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly generally along the generally south-western boundary of the Hikurangi Riding, as hereinbefore described, to and southerly generally along the generally western boundary of the Whangarei City, as hereinbefore described, to the easternmost corner of Allotment S. 77, Whangarei Parish, in Block XII, Purua Survey District; thence westerly generally along the southern boundary of that allotment, along the south-western end of a public road, the south-western boundary of Allotment 73, the south-western end of a public road, and the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 8, Pukenui Parish, to the westernmost corner of Allotment N.W. 55, Whangarei Parish; thence westerly along a right line to the south-western corner of Allotment 37, Kaitara Parish, in Block XI, Purua Survey District, and along another right line to the easternmost corner of Lot B, D.P. 489, and continuing westerly generally along the north-eastern boundaries of that lot, along a right line across a public road to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot A, D.P. 489, Allotments 22 and 20, Kaitara Parish, and along the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Putuwairua Stream in Block VI, Purua Survey District; thence still westerly generally down the middle of that stream to and down the middle of the Mangere River to and up the middle of the Waima River to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 20, Block II, Purua Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to the south-western corner of that Section 20; thence north-westerly along a right line between that corner and the easternmost corner of Section 28, Block VIII, Mangakahia Survey District, to its intersection in the said Block VIII with another right line between the southernmost corner of Section 4 of that block and the northernmost corner of Waitomotomo 3B in Block XII, Mangakahia Survey District; thence westerly along another right line between that intersection and the easternmost corner of Section 2, Block VII, Mangakahia Survey District, to and along the northern boundary of that section crossing the intervening Pipiwai-Titoki road and along the production of that boundary to the right bank of the Hikurangi River; thence southerly along the right bank of that river to and westerly along the southern boundaries of Pipiwai 2H 9, 2H 23, 2H 19, and 2H 20 to and north-westerly generally along the eastern boundary of Section 5, Block VII, Mangakahia Survey District, and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 4, D.P. 42339, and the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Section 1, Block VI, Mangakahia Survey District, to the easternmost corner of Kaikou 4; thence still north-westerly generally along the north-eastern and northern boundaries of that Kaikou 4 to and along the generally eastern boundary of Nukutawhiti Block to and easterly generally along the aforesaid Whangarei County boundary to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF MAUNU RIDING OF THE COUNTY OF WHANGAREI

ALL that area in the County of Whangarei bounded by a line commencing on the boundary of the City of Whangarei, as hereinbefore described, being the easternmost corner of Allotment S. 77, Whangarei Parish, in Block XII, Purua Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along the generally western boundary of the aforesaid City of Whangarei to the northernmost corner of Ruarangi Block in Block XVI, Purua Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the north-western boundary of that Ruarangi Block to the westernmost corner of that block and along a right line to the northernmost corner of Otara A. 1; thence southerly along the western boundary of that Otara A. 1 and its production to and down the middle of the Otaika Stream to and up the middle of the Otakaranga Stream to and westerly generally along the generally northern side of the public road forming the generally northern boundaries of Allotments 86, 85, 84, and 83, Maungatapere Parish, to the southernmost corner of Allotment 75 of that parish in Block XV, Purua Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along a right line to and along the north-western boundaries of Allotment 83, aforesaid, and Allotment 104 of that parish to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 183 of that parish; thence south-westerly along a right line to the northernmost corner of Allotment 107 of that parish, in Block VI, Tangihua Survey District, along the north-western boundary of that allotment, and along another right line to the northernmost corner of Allotment 136, Moungatapere Parish, and along the north-western boundary of that allotment to its westernmost corner; thence westerly generally along the north-western end of a public road and the north-western boundary...
