Setting Apart Maori Freehold Lands as a Maori Reservation
NOTICE is given that, pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold lands described in the First Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a marae and meeting place, recreation and sports ground, and the Maori freehold lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa, or burial ground; both such reservations being for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Kahungunu tribe.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Taramarama Survey District, and described as follows:

0 0 22 Part Pakowhai No. 8B.
As the same are shown, edged red, on plan MA. 1052 filed in the Maori Land Court at Gisborne.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Taramarama Survey District, and described as follows:

As the same are shown, edged red, on plan MA. 1052 filed in the Maori Land Court at Gisborne.
