At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 10th day of February 1969

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the pieces of road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of road situated in Block II, Tangihua Survey District, described as follows:

0 0 9 Lot 2, D.P. 54976.

1 1 31.5 Lot 2, D.P. 14002.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22975 (S.O. 45310) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of road situated in Block II, Tangihua Survey District, described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

Declaring a Service Lane to be Vested in the Corporation of the City of Palmerston North and to be Under the Control and Management of the Palmerston North City Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 3rd day of February 1969

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the service lane described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North and be under the Control and management of the Palmerston North City Council.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 34.7 perches situated in the City of Palmerston North, being Lot 176, D.P. 28322, being Sections 368 and 1646, Town of Palmerston North. Part certificate of title No. F. 3/441, Wellington Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waitemata County Council's stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND REGISTRY

All that piece of road containing 1 rood and 18.7 perches situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Waitemata Survey District, North Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 14923; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22984 (S.O. 43775) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
