Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION**

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
WESTLAND COUNTY

Reserve 2143 (formerly Crown land and reserve 301), situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Waimea Survey District: area, 688 acres, more or less.

As shown on plan No. S. 51/4 deposited in the head office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 5396).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of February 1969.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Woodville to the Purposes of Street

**ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION**

Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a street; and that the said street shall be under the control of the Woodville Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that portion of road in the County of the Bay of Islands situated in Block III, Kawakawa Survey District, commencing at the easterly boundary of part Section 26, Block XI, Kerikeri Survey District, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 75 chains and terminating at the south-western corner of Section 53, Block XII, Kerikeri Survey District; the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22649 (S.O. 44059) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
