Ex parte THE COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE (Creditor):

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 5th day of November 1969 presented to the said Court by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 19th day of December 1969 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 and IN THE MATTER of C. A. BLACK HOLDINGS a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office in the City of Upper Hutt and carrying on business as a land holding company:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 24th day of October 1969, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $10,000.00 to $500.00 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 18th day of November 1969. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The capital of C. A. BLACK HOLDINGS LIMITED is $500.00 divided into 250 fully paid ordinary shares of $2.00 each having been reduced from $10,000.00 divided into 5,000 ordinary shares of $2.00 each fully paid.”

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Otamatea County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a camping ground and recreation area, as provided in section 319 of the Counties Act 1956. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said land, so required to be taken, is deposited in the public office of the said Council, situate at Paparoa, and is there open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
