Notice of Final Meeting of Creditors
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Products Utility Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that the final meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the office of Messrs Barkman, Wilson, and Gilberd, 19 Maria Place, Wanganui, on Thursday, the 11th day of December 1969, at 9.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution and of Appointment of Liquidator
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of the King Edward Picture Theatre Co. Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation, members' winding up), at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, 11 Bond Street, Dunedin, on the 17th day of November 1969, the following special resolution was duly passed, viz:
That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Arthur Kay Ibbotson be, and is hereby appointed, liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and of the King Edward Picture Theatre Co. Ltd. (in liquidation), the liquidator of the King Edward Picture Theatre Co. Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 12th day of January 1970 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

IN the matter of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908, and in the matter of the Hector-Ngakawau Co-operative Picture Association Ltd., notice is hereby given that, at a special general meeting of the above-named society, held on the 15th day of November 1969, the following special resolution was passed by the society, namely:
That the society be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr Brian Lawrence Lovell, of Westport, solicitor, be, and he is hereby appointed, liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.
