CAMBRIDGE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pensioner Housing Loan No. 2, 1969, $10,600
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Cambridge Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of $10,600 authorised to be raised by the Cambridge Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing land for the housing of elderly people, the said Cambridge Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought one seven cents (.017c) in the dollar upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Cambridge; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Cambridge Borough Council held on the 7th day of November 1969.

CAMBRIDGE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Water Supply Redemption Loan 1969, $53,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Cambridge Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of $53,000 authorised to be raised by the Cambridge Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Water Supply Loan 1962, $205,080, which matured on 1 June 1969, the said Cambridge Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nine cents (.09c) in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Cambridge; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 24 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Cambridge Borough Council held on the 7th day of November 1969.

BAY OF PLENTY ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, at a meeting of the Bay of Plenty Electric-power Board, held on the 11th day of November 1969, the following resolution was passed:
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Bay of Plenty Electric-power Board hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $400,000 authorised to be raised by the Bay of Plenty Electric-power Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of carrying out extensions and improvements to the reticulation in the Bay of Plenty electric-power district, the said Bay of Plenty Electric-power Board hereby makes a special rate of point two two nought of one cent (.220c) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Bay of Plenty electric-power district; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly, on the 31st day of May and the 30th day of November, in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years or until the loan is fully paid off.

EAST COAST BAYS BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Roading Redemption Loan No. 2, 1969—$28,300
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the East Coast Bays Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of $28,000, authorised to be raised by the East Coast Bays Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of the Roading Loan 1962—$325,400 which mature on 1 September 1969, the said East Coast Bays Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought one two nine two seven seven (.0129277) cents in the dollar upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of East Coast Bays; and that the said special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the East Coast Bays Borough Council at a duly constituted meeting held on the 6th day of November 1969.

Baths Loan 1969, $38,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Cambridge Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of $38,500 authorised to be raised by the Cambridge Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing swimming baths, auxiliary buildings, and equipment, the said Cambridge Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought five seven cents (.057c) in the dollar upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Cambridge; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Cambridge Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of $55,000 authorised to be raised by the Cambridge Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of constructing new municipal offices, the Cambridge Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought seven eight cents (.078c) in the dollar upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Cambridge; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
