Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Palmerston North 1969, No. 4. - The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

The Road Classification (Northcote Borough) Notice
No. 1, 1969
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regula-
tions 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (North-
cote Borough) Notice No. 1, 1969. - The Northcote Borough Council’s proposed classification
of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
approved. - The notices dated the 22nd day of May 1951† and the
5th day of April 1966‡, which relate to the classification of the
roads described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
NORTHCOTE BOROUGH
Roads Classified in Class One
Onewa Road.
Lake Road (from Onewa Road to borough boundary, at
Northcote Road).
Gladstone Road (from Onewa Road to a point 5 chains
measured northerly generally along Gladstone Road from
Onewa Road).
Roads Classified in Class Two
ALL other roads under the control of the Northcote Borough
Council, with the exception of Kawana Street, which remains
unclassified.

No. 2, 1969
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regula-
tions 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(National Roads Board) Notice No. 2, 1969. - It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads
Board, that the State highways set out in the Schedule hereto
shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule. - So much of the notice dated the 8th day of June 1965† as
relates to the classification of the roads described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ROADS CLASSIFIED IN CLASS ONE
No. 54 State Highway (Mangaweka - Palmerston North via
Kimbolton) (from Cheltenham to the Feilding Borough
boundary).
No. 56 State Highway (Palmerston North - Himatangi) (from
the Longburn railway overbridge to Himatangi).
