The Traffic (Hawke's Bay County) Notice No. 2, 1969
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hawke's Bay County) Notice No. 2, 1969.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
-
The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
-
The notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 24th day of August 1966†, which relates to Hawke's Bay County, is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Hawke's Bay County, at Jervoistown and Meeanee Township:
Alexander Street.
Burness Road (from the south-eastern boundary of Napier City to a point 32 chains measured easterly generally along Burness Road from the said boundary).
Gavin Black Road.
Gordon Street.
Gray Street.
Jervois Road.
Maltby Street.
Meeanee Road (from the eastern boundary of Napier City, at Taradale, to a point 12 chains measured easterly generally along the said road from Napier Road, and from Sandy Road to a point 8 chains measured westerly generally along the said Meeanee Road from Alexander Street).
Napier Street.
Spencer Street.
Routledge Street.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Hawke's Bay County, at Jervoistown and Meeanee Township:
Meeanee Road (from a point 12 chains measured easterly generally along the said road from Napier Road to a point 8 chains measured westerly generally along Meeanee Road from Alexander Street).

SITUATED within Hawke's Bay County, adjacent to Hastings City:
Lyndhurst Road (from Pakowhai Road) to a point 65 chains measured westerly generally along the said Lyndhurst Road from Pakowhai Road).

The Traffic (Masterton County) Notice No. 1, 1969
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Masterton County) Notice No. 1, 1969.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The notices under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949*, dated the 10th day of December 1958† and the 21st day of December 1960†, which relate to Masterton County, at Castle-point and Riversdale, are hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Masterton County, at Castlepoint.
Masterton-Castlepoint Road (from the north-western end of the bridge over the Castlepoint Stream to a point 32 chains measured north-westerly generally along the said road from the said bridge).
Jetty Road (from the north-western end of the bridge over the Castlepoint Stream to a point 42 chains measured south-easterly generally along the said road from the said bridge).
Situated within Masterton County, at Riversdale Beach:
Acacia Avenue.
Blue Pacific Parade.
Bodle Drive (from the bridge over the stream entering the Motuwaireka Stream at a point on the southern bank of the said stream 12 chains from the sea coast to the end of the said Bodle Drive, at Riversdale).
Karaka Avenue.
Pinedale Crescent.
