PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Trevor William Joseph McCarthy under and by virtue of lease No. S.F.S. 94, recorded in the register book, Volume 959, folio 39, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 17th day of November 1969.
