Declaring Land Taken and Crown Land Set Apart for Electricity Works (Aviemore Water Power Scheme) in Block VI, Kurow Survey District, and Block VI, Otamatakau Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land first described in the First Schedule hereto and the land secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the said First Schedule, held by Donald Lane Matheson, of Kurow, sheep farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence No. D.P.F. 219, recorded in register book No. 2d/292, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for electricity works (Aviemore water power scheme) from and after the 17th day of November 1969; and, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for electricity works (Aviemore water power scheme) from and after the 17th day of November 1969.

Declaring Land Taken, Together with the Benefit of the Appurtenant Drainage and Ancillary Rights, for the Proper Development or Use of the Land in Accordance with the Operative District Scheme of the Havelock North Borough Council

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of the appurtenant drainage and ancillary rights created by transfer No. 68506, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for the proper development or use of the land, in accordance with the operative district scheme of the Havelock North Borough Council, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Havelock North from and after the 17th day of November 1969.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer 106636, Taranaki Land Registry, for the purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, and shall vest in the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand from and after the 17th day of November 1969.
