Street, Masterton.

If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection
will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each
objector will be advised of the time and the place of the
hearing.

SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing twenty-four acres and
twenty-two decimal nine perches (24A. OR. 22.9P.), more or less,
situate in Block V of the Otahoua Survey District, being part
Sections 40, 41, and 42, Manaia District, and being part Lots
4 and 5 on Deposited Plan 2412, and being part of the land
in certificate of title, Volume C. 3, folio 1333, Wellington
Registry; as the same is more particularly shown on a plan
of subdivision prepared by H. F. Tomlinson, Esq., of Master-
ton, registered surveyor, and lodged with the Chief Surveyor
at Wellington as No. 27745.

The said land is situate at Homebush, near Masterton, on
the northern bank of the Ruamahanga River, in the vicinity of
the area known as "Wardell's Bridge".

MOUNT ROSKILL BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Composite Redemption Loan 1969—$30,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a
loan of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) authorised to be
raised by the Mount Roskill Borough Council under the
above-mentioned Act for repayment of $30,000, borrowed for
the purpose of installing a water main and screw-down fire
hydrants, installing traffic signals, meeting Council's portion of
costs of reinstating Manukau Road after lifting tram tracks,
and provision for payment of extra roading costs, due and
payable on 25 November 1969, the said Mount Roskill Borough
Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal
nought one two five of a cent in the dollar (.0125 of a cent
in the $) upon the rateable value, on the basis of the unim-
proved value, of all rateable property in the Borough of Mount
Roskill; and that the said special rate shall be an annually
recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and be
payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year
during the currency of the said loan, being a period of ten (10)
years or until the loan is fully paid off."

Passed at a meeting of Council held on the 7th day of
October 1969.

DEVONPORT BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
"THAT, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the
loan of two thousand one hundred dollars ($2,100) authorised
to be raised by the Devonport Borough Council under the
Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of complet-
ing the purpose for which the Pensioner Flat Loan 1968, of
$28,400, was sanctioned, the said Devonport Borough Council
hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought nought
one five cents (.00015¢) in the dollar upon the unimproved
rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of
Devonport; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recur-
ring charge during the currency of the loan and be payable
yearly on the 18th day of December in each and every year
during the currency of the loan, being a period of not more
than 30 years or until the loan is fully paid off."

I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of
a resolution passed by the Devonport Borough Council on
8 October 1969.

HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Hastings City Council Development Loan 1969, $375,000
PURSUANT to section 47 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956, the Hastings City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $375,000 authorised to be raised by the Hastings City
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
renewing sewer and water reticulation, providing water supply,
and reconstructing footpaths, the Hastings City Council hereby
makes a special rate of 0.125 of a cent in the dollar upon the
unimproved value of all rateable property within the City
of Hastings; and that such special rate be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly
on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the
currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years or until the
loan is fully paid off."

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTIONS MAKING SPECIAL RATES
THE following resolutions were duly passed at a meeting of the
Wellington City Council, held on the 9th day of October 1969:
Housing (Miramar North Road) Additional Loan 1969, of
$2,500
"PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) to be
known as Housing (Miramar North Road) Additional Loan
1969, of $2,500, authorised to be raised by the Wellington City
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
completing the construction of pensioner flats, the Wellington
City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought
nought nought two five of a cent (.00025¢) in the dollar on
the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value)
of all rateable property within the whole of the City of
Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate, during the currency of such loan and shall be
payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during
the currency of the said loan, being a period of forty (40)
years or until the loan is fully paid off."

Housing (Lyall Parade) Loan 1969, of $36,000
"PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000) to be known as
Housing (Lyall Parade) Loan 1969, of $36,000, authorised to
be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-
mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting accommodation for
old people, the Wellington City Council hereby makes a special
rate of decimal nought nought one five of a cent (.0015¢) in
the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved
value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City
of Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be
payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during
the currency of the said loan, being a period of forty (40)
years or until the loan is fully paid off."

Renewal Loan No. 5, 1969, of $175,100
"PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of one hundred and seventy-five thousand one hundred
dollars ($175,100) to be known as Renewal Loan No. 5, 1969,
of $175,100, authorised to be raised by the Wellington City
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
repaying on maturity those portions of the Electricity Loan
1956, of $500,000; the Electricity Loan No. 2, 1957, of
$1,050,000; the City Works Loan No. 2, 1950, of $870,400;
and The Terrace Parking Building Loan 1962, of $900,000
which mature on 1 November 1969, the Wellington City
Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought one
four of a cent (.014¢) in the dollar on the rateable value
(on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property
within the whole of the City of Wellington; and that the said
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the cur-
rency of the said loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years or
until the loan is fully paid off."
