Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block XV, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto: also hereby proclaims and declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest, as to the area of 2 roods 3.2 perches thereof, in Thomas Alfred Hayward, of Lichfield, farmer, as to eight one-twentieth shares, in Nanette Elizabeth Hayward, his wife, as to five one-twentieth shares, and in Alfred Hayward, of Mount Maunganui, retired farmer, and the said Nanette Elizabeth Hayward as to seven one-twentieth shares, as tenants-in-common in the said shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. S. 300254 and S. 366251 and to statutory land charge No. S. 301609, South Auckland Land Registry; and, as to the area of 3 roods 25.3 perches thereof, in John Basil Purdy and Graeme John Purdy, both of Putaruru, farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. S. 210251, South Auckland Land Registry; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and hereby declares that the said land shall, when so taken, vest, as to the area of 9.1 perches thereof, in the said Thomas Alfred Hayward as to eight one-twentieth shares, in the said Nanette Elizabeth Hayward as to five one-twentieth shares, and in the said Alfred Hayward and the said Nanette Elizabeth Hayward as to seven one-twentieth shares, as tenants-in-common in the said shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. S. 300254 and S. 366251 and to statutory land charge No. S. 301609, South Auckland Land Registry; and, as to the area of 1 rood 23.4 perches thereof, in the said John Basil Purdy and Graeme John Purdy, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. S. 210251, South Auckland Land Registry.
