ALL that piece of land containing 25.1 perches situated in Block IV, Pareora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 6170, and being part Rural Section 10174; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23463 (S.O. 11175) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Description of Effluent Drainage Easement

THE full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity for the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Levels (hereinafter called the “Body Corporate”) to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain pipes, drains, watercourses, and conduits under, along, and across the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto and to use the said pipes, drains, watercourses, and conduits for the unimpeded conveyance of water, liquids, effluent, and waste from the Body Corporate’s sewage treatment works situated on the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and shall include the full and free right, liberty, licence, privilege, and authority in perpetuity to the Body Corporate’s servants, agents, and workmen, from time to time and at all times hereafter, to enter upon the land described in the said Fifth Schedule to do such work as may be necessary or desirable for any purpose connected with the said effluent drainage easement and for the inspection, maintenance, installation, repair, or replacement of the said pipes, drains, watercourses, and conduits and any associated equipment or fittings, so that the same may at all times be kept in good and efficient working order; such effluent drainage easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.

FIFTH SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 8.3 perches situated in Block IV, Pareora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 17452, and being part Rural Sections 19684 and 22302; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23463 (S.O. 11175) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
