Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in
Block VII, Waihou Survey District, Hauraki Plains County


PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in
the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Seamus
Joseph Jordan, by virtue of renewable lease No. 1991, R.B.
Volume 635, folio 7, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby
taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 13th day
of October 1969.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 14.5 perches situated in
Block VII, Waihou Survey District, being part Section 8, Block
VII, Waihou Survey District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23540 (S.O. 44689)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

Land and Easements over Land Taken for the Purposes of an
Aerodrome in Blocks VI and VII, Tiger Hill Survey District


PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of
an aerodrome; and that an easement of right of way over the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of an aerodrome, vesting in Her Majesty the
Queen, her agents, servants, workmen, contractors, licensees,
and invitees in common with the registered proprietors of the
said land, their successors in title, tenants, agents, servants,
workmen, and all other persons lawfully using the land, the
full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity
to enter from time to time and at all times, by day or by
night, and to pass and repass, on foot or with or without
horses, vehicles, machinery, materials and plant of any kind,
over and along the said land, together with the right and
obligation to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of
way, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described
in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby declares that
this declaration shall take effect from and after the 13th day
of October 1969.


FIRST SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

Land Taken

ALL those pieces of land situated in Tiger Hill Survey District,
Otago R.D., described as follows:

Easement of Right of Way Taken

Otago R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 23584 (S.O. 16843) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured

Land and Easements over Land Taken for Sewage Treatment
Works in Block IV, Pareora Survey District, Levels County


PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sewage treatment
works, and the sewage drainage easement described in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sewage treatment
works over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto,
and the effluent drainage easement described in the Fourth
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sewage treatment works
over the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto; and that
both land and easements shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Levels from and after
the 13th day of October 1969.

Land Taken for Sewage Treatment Works

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Pareora Survey
District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

10174; coloured sepia on plan M.O.W. 23463

M.O.W. 23463 (S.O. 11175).

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 23463 (S.O. 11175) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.


SECOND SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

Description of Sewage Drainage Easement

THE full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity for the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Levels (hereinafter called the “Body Corporate”) to
lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew,
and maintain a pipe drain under, along, and across the land
described in the Third Schedule hereto and to use the said
pipe drain for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage to the
Body Corporate’s sewage treatment works situated on the
land described in the First Schedule hereto, and shall include
the full and free right, liberty, licence, privilege, and authority
in perpetuity to the Body Corporate’s servants, agents, and
workmen, from time to time and at all times hereafter, to enter
upon the land described in the said Third Schedule to do
such work as may be necessary or desirable for any purpose
connected with the said sewage drainage easement and for the
inspection, maintenance, installation, repair, or replacement of
the said pipe drain and any associated equipment or fittings,
so that the same may at all times be kept in good and efficient
working order; such sewage drainage easement to be held
appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.
