A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4.16 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 8446. All certificate of title, Volume 380, folio 179, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and, further, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of October 1969.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a sewerage treatment and disposal plant and shall vest in the Napier City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of October 1969.
