CORRIGENDUM

Revoking Proclamations Defining the Middle Line of Portions of a Transmission Line in Blocks VI and II, Otahuhu Survey District, and Blocks VIII and VII, Titirangi Survey District, viz., the Otahuhu-Henderson 220 kV Transmission Line (Lake Taupo and Waikato River Power Scheme)

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamations defined in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

(1) Proclamation dated the 23rd day of February 1961, published in the Gazette on the 2nd day of March 1961, at page 356, and registered as No. 18123, North Auckland Land Registry.

(2) Proclamation dated the 9th day of May 1961, published in the Gazette on the 18th day of May 1961, at page 703, and registered as No. 18280, North Auckland Land Registry.

Both defining the middle line of portion of a transmission line in Blocks VI and II, Otahuhu Survey District, and Blocks VIII and VII, Titirangi Survey District, viz., the Otahuhu-Henderson 220 kV transmission line (Lake Taupo and Waikato River power scheme).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of September 1969.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamations defined in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

(1) Proclamation dated the 19th day of December 1952, published in the Gazette on the 15th day of January 1953, at page 3, and registered as No. 13747, North Auckland Land Registry.

(2) Proclamation dated the 31st day of July 1956, published in the Gazette on the 9th day of August 1956, at page 1070, and registered as No. 15106, North Auckland Land Registry.

(3) Proclamation dated the 14th day of October 1957, published in the Gazette on the 17th day of October 1957, at page 1931, and registered as No. 15856, North Auckland Land Registry.

All defining the middle line of a transmission line in Blocks VI and II, Otahuhu Survey District, viz., the Otahuhu-Penrose 220 kV transmission line (Lake Taupo and Waikato River power scheme).
