WHEREAS by Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 62, certain notices under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 are revoked:
Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notices, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 63.

2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

   Maori Land Development Notice
   WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellation of a certain parcel of that land has been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas a certain parcel of that land has since been released from the provisions of Part XXIV aforesaid; and whereas it is desired to release certain other parcels of the said land from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is desired that the balance of the land (under the present appellation) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
   Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
   NOTICE

7. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 66.
8. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
9. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by a notice issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Third Schedule hereto.
