Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969,
No. 66, a certain notice under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953 is revoked:

Now, therefore, in replacement of such notice, the Board of
Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 67.
  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release certain
parcels of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Rotorua 1969, No. 13.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
    in the Second Schedule hereto.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the
    Maori Affairs Act 1953.

hereto was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part
XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by
subsequent order of the Maori Land Court the appellation of
the land has been changed and it is now known by the description
set out in the Third Schedule hereto; and whereas it is
desired to release the land (under the current appellation)
from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Rotorua 1969, No. 14.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
    in the Second Schedule hereto.
  3. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is
    hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the
    Maori Affairs Act 1953.
