Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate
in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by Douglas James Johnston, of Auckland,
farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 1993, R.B.
Volume 635, folio 19, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby
taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 6th day of
October 1969.

the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; that the
leasehold estate in the land first described in the Second
Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Edward
Henry White, of Lowburn, farmer, under and by virtue of
renewable lease No. R.L.F. 870, recorded in register book,
Volume 402, folio 164, Otago Land Registry, and the leasehold
estate in the land secondly described in the said Second
Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Jessie Wood
Willson, of Lowburn, widow, under and by virtue of renewable
lease No. R.L.F. 776, recorded in register book, Volume 395,
folio 68, Otago Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the
land thirdly, fourthly, and fifthly described in the said Second
Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Francis Tillman
Willson under and by virtue of renewable lease No. R.L.F. 229,

Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and
