Declaring Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in the City of Timaru

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school from and after the 6th day of October 1969.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 12.8 perches situated in the City of Timaru (formerly Block X, Arowhenua Survey District), Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 38, D.P. 2069, and being part Rural Section 2683; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21310 (S.O. 10807) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right of way created by transfer A. 333228, North Auckland Land Registry, for a State primary school; and that the land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto is also hereby taken for a State primary school, from and after the 6th day of October 1969.
