Declaring Land Taken for Road and for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes, and to be Crown Land, in Block X, Hapuakohe Survey District, Waikato County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 6th day of October 1969; and (b) further declares the land in the said Second Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 6th day of October 1969.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Seamus Joseph Jordan, of Kerepehi, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 1991, R.B. Volume 635, folio 7, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 6th day of October 1969.
