Road Closed and Vested in Block IX, Glenkenich Survey District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the road first described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Leslie Charles Chittock, of Waikoikoi, farmer.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block IX, Glenkenich Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:
