The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 4, 1969

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 4, 1969.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

3. The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 26th day of May 1960†, which relates to Whangarei County, at Maungatapere, is hereby revoked.

No. 14 State Highway (Whangarei-Dargaville) (from a point 22 chains measured northerly generally along the said State highway from the Kaikohe-Maungatapere Road to a point 26 chains measured southerly generally along the said State highway from the Kaikohe-Maungatapere Road).

Kaikohe-Maungatapere Road (from the No. 14 State Highway (Whangarei-Dargaville) to a point 32 chains measured westerly generally along the said road from the said highway).

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

4. The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 27th day of May 1960†, which relates to Marlborough County, adjacent to Blenheim Borough, is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Marlborough County, adjacent to Blenheim Borough:

New Renwick Road (from the western boundary of Blenheim Borough to a point 2 chains measured westerly generally along the said road from Battys Road).
