AT Huia:

Foster Avenue.
Huia Road (from a point 32 chains measured easterly
generally along the said road from Foster Avenue to Upland
Road).

At Laingholm and Laingholm Central:

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on
the eastern side of Laingholm Drive 15 chains measured
northerly generally along the said roadside from Janet Road;
thence across Laingholm Drive at right angles to its eastern
side to its western side; thence westerly generally by a right
line to a point on the north-eastern side of Victory Road
opposite the northern side of Karen Road; thence across
Victory Road at right angles from its north-eastern side to its
south-western side; thence along the northern side of Karen
Road to its terminating point; thence due south-west by a
right line to the north-eastern bank of the Big Muddy Creek;
thence south-easterly generally along the said bank to the
shore of the Manukau Harbour; thence north-easterly generally
along the said shore to the western bank of the Little Muddy
Creek; thence northerly generally along the said bank to a
point opposite the commencing point; thence to the
commencing point.

At Parau:

Armour Road.
Huia Road (from the Parau Track to a point 12 chains
measured south-westerly generally along Huia Road from
Armour Road).

At Titirangi and Green Bay:

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point
on the shore of the Manukau Harbour where the western
boundary of Auckland City meets the eastern boundary of
Waitemata County; thence northerly generally along the west-
ern boundary of Auckland City to the southern boundary of
New Lynn Borough; thence westerly generally along the
southern boundary of New Lynn Borough to the southern
boundary of Glen Eden Borough; thence westerly generally
along the southern boundary of Glen Eden Borough to the
south-western side of View Road; thence southerly generally
by a right line to the southern terminating point of Phillips
Avenue and along the prolongation of the aforesaid right line
to the northern side of the Waitakere Scenic Drive; thence
south-easterly generally along the northern side of the
Waitakere Scenic Drive to a point 3 chains measured southerly
generally along the said roadside from Huia Road; thence
south-easterly generally across the Waitakere Scenic Drive at
right-angles to its north-western side to its south-eastern side;
thence north-easterly generally along the south-eastern side of
the said roadside to the western side of Huia Road; thence
southerly and westerly generally along the western and northern
sides of Huia Road to a point 26 chains measured south-
westerly generally along the said roadside from the Waitakere
Scenic Drive; thence easterly generally across Huia Road at
right angles to its north-western side to its south-eastern side;
thence south-westerly generally along the south-eastern side of
Huia Road to the northern side of the landing; thence easterly
generally along the northern side of the landing to the eastern
bank of the Little Muddy Creek; thence southerly generally
along the said eastern bank to the shore of the Manukau
Harbour; thence north-easterly generally along the said shore
to the commencing point.

Waitakere Scenic Drive (from Waima Road to Tawini
Road).

At Titirangi:

Waima Road (from the Waitakere Scenic Drive to Waima
Crescent).

At Waima:

Boylan Road.
Greenwood Road.
Hollywood Avenue.
Manuka Road.
Harbour View Road (from Waima Road to a point 2
chains measured westerly generally along Harbour View Road
from York Road).
Ngaio Road.
Nixon Road.
Tainui Road.
Valleyview Road.
Waima Crescent.
Waima Road (from Waima Crescent to Harbour View
Road).
York Road.
Taraire Road.

At Woodlands Park:

Huia Road (from a point 12 chains measured westerly
generally along the said road from Harbour View Road to a
point 8 chains measured easterly generally along Huia Road
from Sylvan Avenue).

Harbour View Road (from Huia Road to a point 2 chains
measured easterly generally along Harbour View Road from
York Road).

Jays Road.
Minnehaha Avenue.
Sylvan Avenue.

The Traffic (Kaikoura County) Notice No. 1, 1969

NOTICE

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice.

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kaikoura County)
    Notice No. 1, 1969.

  2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
    declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of
    section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

  3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the
    purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

  4. The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949
    and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the
    21st day of December 1960†, which relates to Kaikoura Town-
    ship, in Kaikoura County, is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Kaikoura County, at Kaikoura:

The No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from a point 24
chains measured southerly generally along the said State high-
way from Hawthorne Road to Killarney Road).

Adelphi Terrace, Avoca Street, Bayview Street, Beach Road
(in Kaikoura Township), Brighton Street, Davidson Terrace,
Deal Street, Killarney Road, Ludstone Terrace (from Rorrison
Road to the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff)), Margate
Street, Ramsgate Street, Scarborough Street, Torquay Street,
Yarmouth Street.

SECOND SCHEDULE

The No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff), (from Mill Road
to a point 24 chains measured southerly generally along the
said State highway from Hawthorne Road).
