Additional Land at Te Aroha Taken for the Purposes of the Waikato-Thames Railway

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Waikato-Thames Railway from and after the 15th day of September 1969.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work at Drury and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 15th day of September 1969.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Geraldine County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Geraldine and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for planting purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Part of the Waiheke Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation over the Said Reserve

———

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Waiheke Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act; and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

———

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for access way purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waiheke Road Board at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Board’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Board, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
