Appointment of Temporary Stipendiary Magistrate to Exercise Jurisdiction in Children's Court

Pursuant to section 27 of the Child Welfare Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Malcolm Cort Astley, Esq.

of Auckland, Stipendiary Magistrate, to exercise jurisdiction in the Children's Court at Auckland for a period from the 4th day of August 1969 to the 31st day of August 1969, both days inclusive.

Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Wellington Appointed

Pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister of Labour hereby appoints the following persons to be the Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Wellington for a term of 1 year expiring on the 31st day of August 1970.

Appointment of Members of Tiriraukawa Public Hall Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints Phillip James McCarthy, Clarence Celestine Mickleson, and Carl O'Callaghan to be members of the Tiriraukawa Public Hall Board, Wellington Land District, in place of Rex Eric Samuel Knight, Donald Gilmore Muir, and Keith Compignee White, resigned.

Increase in Membership and Appointment of Members of the Cave Domain Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints Mervyn John Gray to be a member of the Cave Domain Board, Canterbury Land District, Levels County, in place of Ernest William Kerr, resigned; and, further, increases the total number of members of the said Board from eight to nine and appoints the member of the Levels County Council representing the Pleasant Point Riding, ex officio, as the additional member of the Board.
