At the Government House at Wellington this 18th day of August 1969

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Otorohanga County Council stopping the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road described as follows:

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waikato County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Akaroa Wharf Vesting Management Order 1969, No.1

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 25th day of August 1969

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

  1. Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in Akaroa County Council (hereinafter called the Council, which term shall include its administrators, successors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) the management of the wharves listed in the First Schedule hereto, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Second Schedule.

  2. The Order in Council made on 29 February 1956*, vesting the management of certain structures in Akaroa County Council and amended on 11 November 1957†, is hereby revoked.

SECOND SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. The vesting of the Wharves is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, with the exception of clause 12 (4) of the said regulations which, for the purpose of this Order in Council, is hereby excluded; and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. Bylaws 5.1 to 5.34 of the Akaroa County Council Harbour and Foreshore Bylaw 1968, approved by the Minister of Marine on 2 September 1968, shall be incorporated with and read as part of this Order in Council.
  3. The term of the vesting shall be 14 years, commencing from the 1st day of September 1968.
