RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Electrical Reticulation Loan 1969, $80,000
"PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Taupo Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of eighty thousand dollars, authorised to be raised by the Taupo Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of carrying out extensions to the Council's electrical reticulation system, the said Taupo Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought seven eight five four cents in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Taupo, comprising the whole of the Borough of Taupo; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Taupo Borough Council at a meeting held on Monday, the 28th day of July 1969.

LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Gas Loan 1968
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), authorised to be raised by the Levin Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting part of the costs of providing for the use of natural gas, the said Levin Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.0454c in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Levin; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Repayment Loan 1969, $140,000
PURSUANT to section 47 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hastings City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $140,000 authorised to be raised by the Hastings City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of the Development Loan 1958, of $954,000., and the Nelson Park Grandstand Loan 1959, of $160,000, which mature on 1 October 1969 and 1 February 1970, the Hastings City Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.062 of a cent in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all rateable property within the City of Hastings; and that such special rate be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years or until the loan is fully paid off."

CITY OF UPPER HUTT
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Civic Centre Development (No. 1) Supplementary Loan 1969, of $40,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Upper Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing for the annual charges on a loan of $40,000 authorised to be raised under the abovementioned Act for the purpose of completing the purpose for which the Civic Centre Development Loan 1966, of $400,000, was sanctioned, the said Upper Hutt City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal 016 cents in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the City of Upper Hutt; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and shall be paid yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year until the loan is fully repaid."
The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Upper Hutt City Council held on the 29th day of July 1969.

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of fifty-eight thousand dollars ($58,000), authorised to be raised by the Levin Borough Council under the abovementioned Act for the purpose of meeting part of the cost of providing for the use of natural gas, the said Levin Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.0526c in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Levin; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

AWATERE COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Awatere County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $3,200 authorised to be raised by the Awatere County Council under the abovementioned Act for reticulation of water to properties within the Dashwood Water Supply Special Rating Area, the said Awatere County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.169c in the dollar on the basis of unimproved value on the rateable value of all rateable property within the Dashwood Water Supply Special Rating Area, as is contained within the Awatere County; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years or until the loan is fully paid off.
