Plan 45765 deposited in the office of the Lands and Survey Department, Auckland.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road, for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken, as aforesaid, lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council, in Bank Street, Te Awamutu.
Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth, in writing, any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection to the Waipa County Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE EASEMENT OVER LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke's Bay County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain Public Work, namely, to provide a public rubbish dump at or near Waimarama; and, for the purposes of or in connection with such public work, the easement described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land over which the easement is required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawke's Bay County Council situate in Browning Street, Napier, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such easement should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said easement, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the said County Council at its office, aforesaid; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
FIRST SCHEDULE
AN easement in gross over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, whereby the Hawke's Bay County Council shall have the right, by its agents, servants, contractors, and workmen, at all times during a period of 2 years from the date this Proclamation takes effect, to go, pass, and repass over the said land, with or without vehicles of every description, for the purpose of dumping rubbish and waste matter on the said land; and the further right to dump and leave and/or burn on the said land such rubbish and waste matter as the said Council shall think fit. Provided always that, at the expiration of the said period, the said Council shall cover the rubbish and waste matter dumped on the said land with clay, sand, soil, or shingle, so as to leave the surface of the said land level as nearly as practicable.

The above-described land is situated in Hawke's Bay County, near Waimarama, and has frontage to Tiakitai Road, and is in the land registration district and land district of Hawke's Bay; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 5941 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon coloured yellow.

NELSON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Nelson City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, to lay out and construct a service lane off Trafalgar Street on part of Section 165, City of Nelson; and, for the purposes of such public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land, who have any objections, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must state their objections, in writing, and send the same, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Trafalgar Street.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 19 perches, more or less, being part of Section 165, City of Nelson; more particularly delineated on Deposited Plan No. 14, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 162, folio 1, Nelson Registry.
