Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road and for the Use,
Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block VIII, Apiti
Survey District, and Block IV, Umutoi Survey District,
Pohangina County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land first
described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road; the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in
the said First Schedule, held by Kenneth Francis Osborn, of
Apiti, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease No.
24A/177, recorded in register book No. C. 1/859, and the
leasehold estate in the land thirdly described in the said First
Schedule, held by the said Kenneth Francis Osborn under
and by virtue of Crown lease No. 5A/157, recorded in
register book No. C. 1/95, are hereby taken for the purposes
of a road; and the leasehold estate in the land described in
the Second Schedule hereto, held by the said Kenneth
Francis Osborn under and by virtue of Crown lease No.
5A/157, recorded in register book No. C. 1/95, is hereby
taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road from
and after the 11th day of August 1969.
