PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the leasehold estates in the land first, secondly, and thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Edmund Holt Loveridge, of Eltham, farmer, under and by virtue of leases in perpetuity, Volume 35, folio 189, Volume 35, folio 158, and Volume 35, folio 159 respectively, all Taranaki Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 11th day of August 1969.
