Declaring Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Kaiapoi, Subject to Building-line Restriction

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes from and after the 11th day of August 1969, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by resolution No. 755228, Canterbury Land Registry.
