HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to
stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block II, Huiroa Survey
District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 9.2 Part Section 9; coloured green on plan.
0 3 11.7 Part Sections 15 and 27; coloured green on plan.
Being
0 1 34.8 Part Section 27; being road by Declaration 166488;
coloured orange, edged orange, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 22843 (S.O. 9722) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above-mentioned.

hereof, be excluded from Egmont National Park.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares
that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from
the date hereof, be added to and form part of Abel Tasman
National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered,
and dealt with by the Abel Tasman National Park Board in
accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

hereof, be added to and form part of the Westland National
Park, and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt
with by the Westland National Park Board in accordance with
the provisions of the said Act.

RESERVE 2114 (formerly parts Reserve 1683) situated in
Blocks IX, X, and XI, Karangarua Survey District: area, 7,880

(formerly part Reserve 1221 and part Rural Section 2574)
situated in Blocks V, VI, IX, and X, Karangarua Survey

Member of Tariff and Development Board Appointed
PURSUANT to the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961, His
Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Herbert Leslie Longbottom (as part-time member)
to be a member of the Tariff and Development Board for a
term of 3 years commencing on the 1st day of August 1969.
