Approving the Revocation of and Amendments to Certain Bylaws of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to paragraph 15 of the Royal Charter granted to the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (Incorporated) (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) by Her Majesty the Queen at Westminster on the 16th day of September 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approvesβ
(a) The revocation of bylaws 10 and 12 of the Institute, and the amendments to bylaws 16 and 78 of the Institute, by resolution of a general meeting of the Institute held at Melbourne in the State of Victoria in Australia on the 29th day of July 1963; and
(b) The amendments to bylaws 11, 13, 15, 17, 32, and 36 of the Institute by resolution of a general meeting held at Melbourne in the State of Victoria in Australia on the 20th day of January 1969.

Order in Council Excluding Land from the Poverty Bay Catchment District and Including Land in the Bay of Plenty Catchment District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 37 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the Poverty Bay Catchment District and included in the Bay of Plenty Catchment District as from the 1st day of April 1970.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Gisborne and South Auckland Land Districts and being part of the Opotiki County, bounded by a line commencing at a point at the entrance of the Ohiwa Harbour, being the intersection of the Gisborne Land District boundary with the boundary of the Poverty Bay Catchment District, as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1962, page 1722, and proceeding generally southerly along a right line to the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 14371 (AK), Block VII, Whakatane Survey District, along a right line to Trig. Station B. in Block VII, aforesaid, being a point on the eastern watershed of the Nukuhou River, along that watershed to the intersection of two public roads at the northernmost corner of Allotment 193, Waiotahi Parish, along a right line to a pa site near the north-western corner of part Allotment 203, Waiotahi Parish, being a point on the aforementioned eastern watershed, along that watershed to the north-eastern corner of part Section 4, Block XV, Whakatane Survey District, again along that watershed (shown cadastrally as the eastern boundaries of part Section 4, Sections 3, 2, and 1, Block XV, Whakatane Survey District, and Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 3633). to the northern boundary of part Section 1, Block I, Waioeka Survey District, again along that eastern watershed to Trig. Station XV in Block I, Waioeka Survey District, again along that eastern watershed (shown cadastrally as the eastern boundaries of Section 2 and part Section 1, Block IV, Waimana Survey District, and of part Section 1 and Lot 2 of Section 2, Block VIII, Waimana Survey District) to Trig. Station C. in Block VIII, Waimana Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the aforementioned Poverty Bay Catchment District; thence generally northerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland by Conway Fletcher Limited under and by virtue of an agreement to lease dated 20 October 1966, being taken for resubdivision and improvement in a reclamation area (proclaimed under Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945).

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
