A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto and the leasehold estate or interest in the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland by
Conway Fletcher Limited under and by virtue of an agreement
to lease dated 20 October 1966, are hereby taken for resub-
division and improvement in a reclamation area (proclaimed
under Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945), and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 11th day of August 1969.
