A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to building-line restriction in notice No. 46522, for defence purposes (air force residential accommodation) and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes (air force residential accommodation).

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Turangi Township Act 1964 and the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the establishment and development of the Turangi Township.

ALL that piece of land containing 31 acres and 26 perches situated in Block III, Pihanga Survey District, and Block X, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Section 45, Town of Turangi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23324 (S.O. 27636) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
