WALLACE COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Wallace County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $13,000 authorised to be raised by the Wallace County Council pursuant to the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing part of the cost of installing filtration and chlorination equipment in the Ohai water supply scheme, the said Wallace County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.113c in the dollar on the capital value of all rateable property within the Ohai County Town; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 30th day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Wallace County Council held on the 23rd day of July 1969.

HAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $41,000 authorised to be raised by the Hamilton City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Waterworks Loan 1963, $300,000, Issue of $53,000, which matures on 1 August 1969, the said Hamilton City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought six one of a cent (.0061c) in the dollar ($) on the rateable value of all rateable property in the City of Hamilton; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April of each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 14 years or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Hamilton City Council held on Wednesday, 9 July 1969.

BOROUGH OF KAWERAU
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Staff Housing Loan 1968, $25,000
Public notice is hereby given that, at a meeting of Kawerau Borough Council, held on the 28th day of May 1969, the following resolution was passed:
"Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Kawerau Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $25,000 authorised to be raised by the Kawerau Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing staff housing, the said Kawerau Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought one three eight cents in the dollar (.0138c in the $) upon the rateable value on the basis of the capital value of all rateable property in the Borough of Kawerau; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

MARTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Marton Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purposes of providing the annual charges on a loan of $15,000 authorised to be raised by the Marton Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land and erecting accommodation for old people, the Marton Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal point nought four five (.045) cents in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Marton; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of forty (40) years or until the loan is fully paid off.

CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD
RESOLUTIONS MAKING SPECIAL RATES
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Christchurch Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on loans of $133,400, $27,700, $276,000, $25,300, $120,500, and $117,400 authorised to be raised by the Christchurch Drainage Board for the purpose of repaying those portions of Sewerage Loan (Treatment Works) No. 1, 1957, of $2,100,000; Sewerage Loan No. 1, 1955, of $1,000,000; New Brighton Sewerage Loan 1954, of $600,000; Sewerage Loan No. 1, 1954, of $1,600,000; Sewerage Loan No. 1, 1958, of $1,800,000; and Sewerage Loan No. 1, 1951, of $850,000, which matured on 1 September 1968, 1 December 1968, 1 February 1969, 1 April 1969, and 31 May 1969 respectively, the said Christchurch Drainage Board hereby makes special rates of $0.000019893, $0.000004131, $0.000041946, $0.000003922, $0.000017971, and $0.00002315 in the dollar respectively upon the capital rateable value of all rateable property within that part of the Christchurch Drainage District described in Schedule C and in Schedule B (as altered from time to time in terms of section 5 (f) of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act 1922 and section 60 (6) of the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951) to a resolution of the Board, dated the 17th day of April 1923 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 37, of the 26th day of April 1923; and that the special rates shall be annual-recurring rates during the currencies of the loans and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currencies of the loans, being a period of 10 years or until the loans are fully paid off.
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Christchurch Drainage Board held on 22 July 1969.

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $76,600 authorised to be raised by the Christchurch Drainage Board for the purpose of repaying that portion of Office Building Loan 1962, of $380,000, which matured on 22 July 1968, the said Christchurch Drainage Board hereby makes a special rate of $0.000009837 in the dollar upon the capital rateable value of the Board's land drainage area, as described by a resolution of the Board dated the 22nd day of May 1952 and as altered from time to time by resolutions of the Board under section 59 of the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the
