company having its registered office at D. V. Bryant Trust
Building, Alexandra Street, Hamilton, engineers:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the
16th day of June 1969, presented to the Court by BURNS &
FERRALL LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its
registered office at 940 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland,
and carrying on business as sheet metal workers and stainless
steel fabricators. And the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 15th day of
August 1969, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor
or contributory of the said company desirous to support or
oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear
at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for the
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the
undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said com-
pary requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

RODNEY COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Counties Act 1956, and in the matter of
the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the
Rodney County Council proposes, under the provisions of the
above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work,
namely, the provision of a road, being portion of Sandspit
Road adjacent to the sandspit causeway, within the County of
Rodney; and, for the purposes of such public work and for the
use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road, the lands described
in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands
so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the clerk
to the said Council, situated in Baxter Street, Warkworth, and
is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during
ordinary office hours.
Any person affected must set forth, in writing, any objection
he wishes to make to the execution of the said public work or
to the taking of such lands, not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation, and send the same, within
40 days from the 26th day of July 1969, being the day of the
first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the
County Office, Baxter Street, Warkworth.
If any objection is received, a public hearing of the objection
will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each
objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

WAIKATO VALLEY AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is
hereby given that the Waikato Valley Authority proposes to
execute certain public works, to wit, soil conservation and river
control works; for which purpose the lands described in the
Schedule hereto are required to be taken under the provisions
of sections 22 and 23 of the Public Works Act 1928.
Plans of the lands required to be taken, as aforesaid, are open
for inspection at the office of the Taupo County Council,
Turangi.
Every person affected who wishes to object to the execution
of the works or to the taking of such lands shall, in writing, set
forth such objection (not being an objection to the amount of
or payment of compensation), and shall send such written
objection to the Secretary, the Waikato Valley Authority, P.O.
Box 4010, Hamilton East, within 40 days from the date of first
publication of this notice. If any objection is made, in accord-
ance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be
held, unless the objector otherwise requires, at which hearing
the objector may appear before the Authority and support the
objection by such evidence as he thinks fit. Every objector
will be notified of the time and place of such hearing.
