In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Palmerston Farm Contractors Ltd., notice is hereby given that, by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 28th day of July 1969, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up; and that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, in the Star and Garter Tearooms, Itchen Street, Oamaru, on Wednesday, the 6th day of August 1969, at 10.30 a.m.

In the matter of Cascade Creek Enterprises Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given that I have fixed the 31st day of August 1969 as the day on or before which the creditors of Cascade Creek Enterprises Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955; otherwise they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution to be made before any such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Stock and Station Weekly Publishers Ltd., notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed by the above company on the 21st day of July 1969:
"That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company voluntarily."

"That the Official Assignee shall be, and is hereby appointed, the provisional liquidator; and that he shall continue to act as such until he or another person becomes liquidator and is capable of acting as such."
