Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Vested in Block X, Ashburton Survey District, Ashburton County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice published in the Gazette of 13 March 1969, No. 15, at page 470, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested in Block X, Ashburton Survey District, Canterbury R.D., by deleting the words “the Canterbury Frozen Meat and Dairy Produce Export Co. Ltd.” which appear in the operative section of the document and substituting the words “the Canterbury Frozen Meat Company Limited”.
