Amending a Proclamation Declaring an Electric Cable Easement over Land Taken for Electricity Works in the Borough of Rangiora

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 May 1969, No. 32, at page 983, declaring an electric cable easement over land taken for electricity works in the Borough of Rangiora, by substituting the words “Lot 23” for the words “Lot 3” wherever the said words appear in the declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Tauranga

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes from and after the 28th day of July 1969.
