Licensing Fredrick William Wilson and Samuel Leslie Wilson, Farmers, of Hunts Beach, South Westland, to Erect and Use Electric Lines in the County of Westland
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby licenses Fredrick William Wilson and Samuel Leslie Wilson, farmers, of Hunts Beach, South Westland, subject to the following conditions, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations.
2. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating current system.
3. This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the expiration of a period of 21 years from the date hereof, or until electrical energy is available from an electric power board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.
   SCHEDULE
   ELECTRIC lines commencing from the licensee's generator and proceeding in a south-easterly direction to a pole; thence (a) in a south-westerly direction to a house, and (b) in a north-westerly direction, under a public road, to another house.
   All being situated in Section 2650, Block VII, Bruce Bay Survey District, in the County of Westland; the said lines being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 770 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
