This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 4.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto the land referred to in those notices was declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas certain of the land was partitioned by subsequent order of the Maori Land Court and part was released from the provisions of the said Part XXIV; and whereas it is desired to release a further part from the provisions of Part XXIV and to replace the notices aforesaid by another notice referring to the land still subject to Part XXIV under its current appellation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 2.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

This notice is issued in replacement of the notices referred to in the First Schedule, which are hereby revoked.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land referred to in that notice is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release certain of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto the lands referred to in those notices are now subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas, by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court, the appellations of those lands have been changed and they are now known by the description set out in the Second Schedule; and whereas it is therefore desired to replace the notices aforesaid by a further notice referring to the lands under the current appellation:
