The Traffic (Waipara County) Notice 1969

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waipara County) Notice 1969.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 13th day of May 1959†, which relates to Princess Street (formerly Waikari-Waitohi Main Highway No. 143) at Waikari, in Waipara County, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Waipara County, at Waikari:

Princess Street (from No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth via Lewis Pass) to a point 1 mile 32 chains measured westerly generally along the said street from the said highway).

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Westland County) Notice 1969.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Westland County, at Ruatapu:

Hokitika-Ruatapu Road (from a point 12 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said road from the point at which it is crossed by the Ruatapu branch railway line to a point 36 chains south-westerly generally from the said railway line).

The Traffic (Waimairi and Paparua Counties) Notice No. 1, 1969

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waimairi and Paparua Counties) Notice No. 1, 1969.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. So much of the warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 27th day of April 1966†, as relates to No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch-Kumara) at Yaldhurst, in Waimairi and Paparua Counties, is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Waimairi and Paparua Counties, at Yaldhurst:

No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch-Kumara) (from a point 6 chains measured westerly generally along the said highway from Russley Road to Racecourse Road).

Cancellation of Vesting in East Coast Bays Borough Council and Revocation of Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of East Coast Bays and revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—EAST COAST BAYS BOROUGH

Lot 72, D.P. 33296: area, 3 roods 11.2 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 1876, folio 76; together with an appurtenant right of way over part Lot 1, D.P. 46556, created by T.648421.

Also Lot 84, D.P. 18032: area, 1 acre and 25.3 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 3C, folio 330.

Both being part of the south-eastern portion of Allotment 186, Parish of Takapuna, situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District.
