Cancellation of the Vesting in the Invercargill City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Invercargill and revokes the reservation for tramway purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of a Declaration That Private Land be a Private Scenic Reserve

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a public reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Whakatane Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation over Three Reserves Specifying That the Land Shall be Held by the Porirua City Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as public reserves for drainage and plantation purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land shall be held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens, of the City of Porirua, in fee simple; provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by the Council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
