NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
Bathers and fishermen are warned that between the hours of 12 noon and 3 p.m. daily there is no speed restriction on this lake for motor launches towing persons learning to water ski under the supervision of an honorary launch warden.
Outside the above hours the speed limit of 5 mph shall apply to all persons on the lake.

The Traffic (Hawke's Bay County) Notice 1969
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hawke's Bay County) Notice 1969.
The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of The Traffic Regulations 1956*.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Hawke's Bay County, adjacent to Napier City:
No. 50 State Highway (Napier-Takapau via Fernhill) (from Auckland Road to the southern boundary of Napier City, at Kennedy Road).

The Motor Launch (Bradey's Bay) Notice 1969βHutt County Council
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, the Minister of Marine hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Bradey's Bay) Notice 1969.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette, and shall expire at the end of 5 years after that date.
- Regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962* shall not apply with respect to powered vessels and water skiers operating in the area of water described in the First Schedule hereto, subject to compliance with the conditions specified in the Second Schedule hereto, and so long as the notices specified in clause 3 of that Schedule are erected in accordance with that clause.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water at the eastern end of Bradey's Bay in the Paualahanui Inlet, Porirua Harbour, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 65 yd apart extending in a north-north-west direction, with the westernmost boundary commencing at the telegraph pole 65 ft distant from the north-western corner of the corrugated-iron boatshed.
SECOND SCHEDULE

No person shall propel or navigate a powered vessel at a proper speed greater than 5 miles per hour when within 100 ft of any other vessel.

Marker buoys, either barrel, drum, or spherical in shape, painted orange with a black stripe, each 50 yd apart commencing 50 yd from the edge of the water, shall be suitably moored along each side of the access lane.

At high-water mark on the foreshore, at each side of the access lane, in line with the marker buoys, there shall be placed a notice board measuring not less than 2 ft 6 in. by 2 ft, painted bright orange with black lettering. The aforesaid notice boards shall contain the following notice:
"NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
Access lane through which motor launches and water skiers may pass at speeds greater than 5 miles per hour.
BATHERS KEEP OUT
No person shall propel or navigate a powered vessel at a proper speed greater than 5 miles per hour when within 100 ft of any other vessel."
- Regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962* shall not apply in the area of water described in the First Schedule of this notice, except on special regatta days and during scheduled races of the Paremata Boating Club.

The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice 1969
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Franklin County) Notice 1969.
The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Franklin County, at Kaiaua:
Miranda-Whakatiwai Road (from a point 24 chains measured southerly generally along the said road from the Mangatangi-Kaiaua main road to a point 40 chains measured northerly generally along the Miranda-Whakatiwai Road from the Mangatangi-Kaiaua main road).

The Traffic (Rodney County) Notice 1969
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rodney County) Notice 1969.
The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 20th day of December in each year and ending with the 10th day of February in the next ensuing year and the period commencing with the Thursday preceding Easter and ending with the Tuesday following Easter shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 30-miles-an-hour fixed by the said section.
