Licensing Hikurangi Fisheries Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Jetty in Awanui Inlet, Rangaunu Harbour, Rangaunu

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Hikurangi Fisheries Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its administrators, successors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Awanui Inlet, in Rangaunu Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13200 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of January 1969.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 16 dollars ($16).

Licensing Kenley Water Ski Club (Incorporated) to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp in Henderson Creek, Waitemata Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Kenley Water Ski Club (Incorporated) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its administrators, successors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Henderson Creek, Waitemata Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13254 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of January 1969.

Licensing Nelson Lakes National Park Board to Occupy a Site for a Boat Launching Ramp at Lake Rotoiti, Waimea County

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Nelson Lakes National Park Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the lake bed at Lake Rotoiti, Waimea County, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13176 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat launching ramp, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of January 1969.

  3. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be 10 cents, payable on demand.

Licensing Owen Garth Woolley to Occupy a Site for a Boatbuilding Shed and Slipway on the Tamaki River, at Pakuranga

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Owen Garth Woolley (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Tamaki River, at Pakuranga, as shown on plans marked M.D. 9621, M.D. 10092, and M.D. 12188 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boatbuilding shed and slipway, as shown on the said plans; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

The Motor Launch (Lake Georgina) Notice 1968β€”Malvern County Council

PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, the Minister of Marine hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Lake Georgina) Notice 1968.

    (b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette, and shall remain in force for a period of 3 months after that date.

  2. Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply between the hours of 12 noon and 3 p.m. daily to motor launches towing persons learning to water ski and to persons learning to water ski in the area described in the First Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that area of water in Malvern County known as Lake Georgina.

SECOND SCHEDULE

  1. No water skiing shall be undertaken, except under the personal supervision of an honorary launch warden.

  2. At each launching place, and positioned at normal lake level in the area described in the First Schedule hereto, there shall be placed a notice board measuring not less than 2 ft. 6 in. by 2 ft., painted bright orange, with black lettering in the following form:
