Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in Manukau City

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 3rd day of February 1969.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, Subject to a Storm-water Pipeline Certificate, in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land, for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, as from the 25th day of September 1968, subject to storm-water pipeline certificate K. 61925.

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the portions of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a State primary school from and after the 3rd day of February 1969.

Notice of Amendment of Licence to Douglas Arnold McIntyre

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence issued to Douglas Arnold McIntyre, to use and occupy part of the foreshore and sea bed in Riverton Harbour by deleting the expression “M.D. 12643” and substituting the expression “M.D. 13257” therefor.

Licensing Kaipara Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. to Occupy a site for a Barge Landing Ramp in Kaipara River, at Helensville

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Kaipara Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the Kaipara River, at Helensville, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12830 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purposes of maintaining thereon a barge landing ramp, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of January 1969.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 9 dollars ($9).

Licensing Nelson Fisheries Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Jetty at Oyster Bay, Port Underwood

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Nelson Fisheries Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Oyster Bay, Port Underwood, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13204 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS
