Declaring Land Taken for the Christchurch Northern Motorway (Belfast-Pinehaven Section) and for Road in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District, Rangiora County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch Northern Motorway (Belfast-Pinehaven section), and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 3rd day of February 1969.

All that piece of land containing 1 acre 29.5 perches situated in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 4, D.P. 1575, being part Rural Section 365A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22666 (S.O. 11054) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 37.1 perches situated in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 4, D.P. 1575, being part Rural Section 365A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22666 (S.O. 11054) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 14th day of August 1968, and published in Gazette, 12 September 1968, No. 57, p. 1567, declaring land taken for better utilisation in the City of Wanganui; and hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation from and after the 3rd day of February 1969.
